Soft Wash
Soft washing is a low-pressure cleaning method designed for surfaces that can't withstand the force of traditional pressure washing. Instead of relying on high-pressure water to blast away dirt and grime, soft washing uses specialized cleaning solutions (typically a blend of surfactants, algaecides, and sodium hypochlorite) to break down and kill organic growth like mold, mildew, algae, and bacteria at the source.
The cleaning solution is applied at low pressure and allowed to dwell on the surface before being gently rinsed away, leaving the area clean without the risk of damage. This makes it the preferred choice for delicate surfaces such as roof shingles, vinyl siding, wood decks, stucco, and painted surfaces, where high-pressure water could strip coatings, etch materials, or force moisture into unwanted places.
Beyond just cleaning, soft washing actually sanitizes treated surfaces, which helps slow the return of organic growth and keeps surfaces looking cleaner for longer compared to pressure washing alone.
